Referral Program Terms and Conditions

‘Referrer’ – the registered adult (18+) iqos.com customer introducing a Referee to IQOS.

‘Referee’ – an adult (18+) user of tobacco or other nicotine containing products who has received a referral code from the Referrer.

• All Referrers and Referees must be over 18, and a smoker or user of other nicotine products. The Referee must be a first time IQOS purchaser and the Referrer must be an existing registered IQOS customer.
• The Referrer must ensure they have asked for the Referee’s permission before referring them and sharing with them their unique referral code.
• The referral program is only applicable to Referrers and Referees residing in locations where delivery is available in Saudi Arabia, as stated in the Terms of Sales.
• Referral codes are individual rewards and must only be communicated to Referees on a one-to-one basis and must not be shared on large scale sharing platforms.
• The referral code is valid until 31st December 2021 - 23:30 (JORDAN time).
• When the Referee registers as a new customer on iqos.com and uses the Referrer’s unique code to purchase an IQOS 3 DUO System, the referral code will give the Referee a chance for a single-use discount of SAR 50 (inclusive of VAT) on their first IQOS 3 DUO System order placed on the website. If the Referee decides to purchase two IQOS 3 DUO Systems or one IQOS 3 DUO System and one IQOS Collection within one order, the SAR 50 (inclusive of VAT) will be split proportionately amongst the devices.
• The Referee may apply the referral code by inserting the code thereof into the field “Have a Voucher or Discount Code?”
• The referral code is not applicable if the Referee has any IQOS devices linked to their account.
• The referral code may be used only once by the Referee and it cannot be used together with any other voucher or discount code. In case the order is cancelled and/or the product is returned, the referral code cannot be used again.
• If the Referee returns or cancels its order, then the Referrer will not be entitled to any discount voucher codes for such referral.
• The Referrer will be rewarded with a discount voucher code of SAR 50 (inclusive of VAT) at the time of the Referee’s delivery of the order. The discount voucher code is valid on any item on iqos.com except for HEETS. If the Referrer decides to purchase multiple line items within the order, SAR 50 (inclusive of VAT) discount will be split proportionately amongst each item in the cart.
• The Referrer can make multiple referrals; however, the referral code is only applicable for 5 successful orders during the validity of the program and provided that these terms and conditions are complied with, the Referrer will be rewarded with a maximum of five discount voucher codes for five successful referrals. These discount voucher codes will be visible on the “My Vouchers” page of iqos.com
• The discount voucher code may be used only once. In case the order is cancelled and/or the product is returned, the discount voucher code cannot be used again
• The Referrer may apply the discount voucher code by inserting the code thereof into the field “Have a Voucher or Discount Code?
• If the Referrer’s basket size is less than the used discount amount, the unused amount cannot be used on another order, and will be lost.
• Multiple discount voucher codes can be used by the Referrer against a single order, unless the other promotion has terms and conditions that state otherwise.
• The discount voucher code is valid for a period of 180 days from its issuance.
• The referral code and discount voucher code of SAR 50 (inclusive of VAT) have no cash equivalent.
• The discount voucher code is for the Referrer only and is non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to refuse the issue of any code to a Referrer or the use of a Referrer’s code by a Referee at any time, if we reasonably believe that the Referrer or Referee is abusing this program or is otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions may be changed and (or) supplemented by publication of the updated Terms and Conditions at the Website. The revised Terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect upon publication thereof. We reserve our right to cancel the referral code and/or discount voucher code without any further notice or giving reasons thereof.
• General Terms of Sale published on the Website are applicable.
